When it comes to choosing your acomodation you have several options nearby the Riactiva watersports center such as Hotel, Surf-house, camping place, youth hostels and private apartments. Our advise is that you choose acording to the distance, and your personal taste for your holidays, mainly considering:

• Costa Nova beach (all walkable distances from our school) – Near the beach and lagoon, very quite at night, but its easy to get to Aveiro by bus or by taxi anytime.
• Barra beach ( 2/3 km north from our school) – Near the beach, a bit more urban, good surfing spot, some good bars at night.
• Aveiro city (8 km east from our school) – Although located at 8 km from the beach side, the route acess is very good because its all high-way from the city center to the coast, taking just 10 minutes to get here. Bigger choice of Hotels and Hostels, there is also a low-cost youth hostel, many restaurants and a thriving night life rooted at ‘praça do peixe’.

• Praia de Mira beach ( 15 km south from our school) – The closest big beach from our school on the way to the south. The inner road along the seaside is quite nice, two big holiday resorts, youth hostel, several camping places and some good night life too.
